Has the term "Quiet Quitting" hit your social media feed yet? It's a phrase that was coined on TikToc by a young 26 year old denouncing the hustle culture and the going above and beyond on your job. 

The verbiage, "Work Your Wage" is also becoming a growing trend with the mantra that if you are being paid minimum wage, then you should give minimal effort. 

And while the Gallup poles are collaborating a transition in job engagement, there are those that swear that quiet quitting is the cure for burnout.
