#44 Choose Your Lens

Season #1

Recently I attended a concert in Las Vegas in a huge arena with about 15,000 people. The large screens flanking the stage and the screens as the set backdrop were in a constant juxtaposition from one musician to another. The producer or visual mixer was carefully crafting what we would see as we were experiencing the sound, feeling and reverberation of the music and the artists performing.

We were being led to experience and see what they desired us to see but with 15,000 people, even with the same opportunity to see all the same screens, we were all experiencing the concert in our own unique way.

It is the same in life, two people can experience the same thing and because of our life experiences, we interpret it differently. But how powerful if we can start dialing in our lens on what we want to see and focus more optimistically while remaining realistic! Today's episode gives 6 steps for readjusting our lens and training our brain to start seeing what WE want it to see!
